Accountibility Macbeth When considering the project that I was to attempt much thought and hidden symbolism was input. The dagger appeared many times during the play so I put it on the poster. It is a theme of death, abomination and sin. Another symbol I depicted was filiation. Blood is a theme of evil and sin. When ever there is evil in the play there is melodic phrase to. When Macbeth sheds others blood sin has been committed. When Macbeth kills blood is shed and it builds up into a pool that haunts him. The blood on Macbeths hand is sin that can not be washed away, which drives him into insanity.
